Privacy information

What the Android instrument and these static pages actually do with information.

Introduction
Separate optical paths representing the app and website

A1 · Instrument boundary

Surfaces described here

This notice covers the Unknown First Android app with package name org.sbventureandstartups.unknownfirst and the supplied two-page static website: the introduction and this privacy route. It does not describe a separate organization database, mentoring system, application process, funding service, app store, or a future host's unrelated products.

A2 · Reader

Who the instrument is designed for

Unknown First is general entrepreneurship and evidence-literacy material for adults and older students. The app does not verify age, school, employer, founder status, membership, investor status, or relationship to SB Venture and Startups. A shared-device user should understand that another person with device access may open saved Test Plates.

A focused beam contained within a clear purpose boundary

A3 · Purpose

Learning tool, not a venture verdict

The app offers original prompts for shaping questions, signals, and bounded tests. It does not assess legal compliance, financial viability, credit, valuation, investment readiness, product safety, employment status, tax position, intellectual property, or likelihood of success. A Test Plate is a planning reflection assembled from the user's structured taps, not professional advice or organizational approval.

A4 · Inputs

The choices a person can make

A person chooses one experiment family, an UNKNOWN response, a QUESTION response, and a SIGNAL response. The app does not provide a free-text field, venture profile, pitch box, customer notebook, contact form, audio recorder, camera upload, funding calculator, account registration, or payment entry.

A5 · Local plate

What a saved Test Plate contains

Saving is optional. Each saved plate contains the family ID, three selected response IDs, and a save timestamp. These coded values are written to the app's private preferences on the device. They do not include a person's name, venture name, idea description, interviewee identity, interview notes, contact details, financial amount, prototype file, photo, or recording.

A6 · Restraint

Keep sensitive and confidential details outside

The app deliberately avoids free-text entry so it is not a suitable place for trade secrets, unpublished inventions, customer lists, interview transcripts, personal data, credentials, health details, financial records, legal documents, or another person's confidential information. The broad fixed choices should not be used as a code for such material.

Closed optical mounts representing unused device permissions

B1 · Permissions

Device capabilities the release does not request

The intended release manifest declares no runtime permission for location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone, nearby devices, notifications, photos, media, storage, advertising ID, or Internet access. The launcher activity is the only exported app component. The final notice must be revised before release if that implementation changes.

B2 · Identity

No Unknown First account or profile

The app has no sign-in, user account, password, social graph, venture profile, email collection, or developer-created user identifier. It does not request an advertising identifier. The operating system and app store may process their own installation, device, or account information independently.

B3 · Android path

How the packaged app handles connections

The intended packaged Android release does not declare Internet permission and contains no feature that sends Test Plates or selections to a server, SB Venture and Startups, an adviser, or the app developer. Its content and accepted Grok raster images are bundled with the app. The companion website is a separate surface and is not opened from an in-app network feature.

B4 · Web path

Technical requests when the pages are published

A web server publishing these static files receives ordinary request data needed to return a page, commonly including an IP address, browser headers, requested path, and time. The selected publisher and hosting provider control server-side handling and retention. These supplied pages contain no form, login, comment area, payment flow, upload, or script that transmits a Test Plate.

B5 · Measurement

Analytics, advertising, and embedded trackers

The supplied Android source contains no analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, audience-profiling, or social-login SDK. The supplied website has no analytics tag, advertising script, tracking pixel, third-party font, embedded social content, or cookie-based preference system. A future publisher must update this notice before adding such technology.

Two optical rails remaining physically separate

B6 · Disclosure

Sharing and sale by the supplied product

Because the app has no developer data-transfer mechanism, it does not send saved plates to the organization, developer, advertiser, data broker, or another user. The supplied product has no feature for selling or renting user information. Ordinary request processing by a future website host remains the separate hosting boundary described above.

C1 · Duration

How long Test Plates remain

The app retains a maximum of 24 saved plates. Saving beyond that limit removes the oldest. Otherwise, a plate remains until the user removes it, clears the Plate Stack, clears app storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the app. Server-log retention for any published website is controlled by its publisher and host, not by these static files.

C2 · Control

Remove one plate or clear the stack

The Plate Stack provides a Remove control for each saved plate and a confirmed Clear Stack action for the full collection. Android's clear-storage and uninstall controls also remove private preferences. The app sets backup off and excludes preferences from device-transfer rules, so it does not intentionally restore plates through Android backup.

C3 · Shared bench

Older students and shared devices

Unknown First is not directed to young children and does not knowingly collect their personal information. An older student may use the general learning material with suitable adult or educator context. On a shared or supervised device, another user may see broad saved choice labels; a person can release a plate or clear the stack after use.

C5 · Revision

When this information changes

This text is effective for the packaged version dated August 26, 2026. A later release should revise the page when app behavior, website technology, hosting, or publisher contact information materially changes. Unknown First has no account or notification channel, so this notice does not promise a direct change alert.

C6 · Publisher channel

Where to direct a privacy question

A verified public privacy contact controlled by the publisher was not supplied with this local website package. This page therefore does not invent an email address, form, phone number, or postal channel. Before public release, the publisher should place its verified contact here and keep the notice aligned with the exact released build and host.
